    Titus von dem Bongart joined EY Shanghai as a Partner in 2006 after working 10 years for other international well-known accounting firm. He is an Attorney-at- Law and holds relevant degrees from the University of Bonn and the Court of Appeals in Schleswig. He is a lecturer for Chinese Tax at the University of Hamburg as well as the Tongji University in Shanghai.

    He has been the Chairman of the German Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai from 2010 to 2016. Since 22 years, Titus von dem Bongart has regularly advised clients on various matters related to their China investment, e.g. the restructuring of their China set-up/ China impact of international restructurings including supply chain models and other changes.

    Janice brings with her 19 years of specialization in transfer pricing. Her work includes managing global and regional transfer pricing projects covering transfer pricing risk review and assessment; planning and documentation; advance pricing arrangement; and dispute resolution for multinational clients in various industries. Industries covered include: consumer products, media & entertainment, pharmaceutical, medical equipment, chemicals, transportation & express delivery, and electronics. She has worked in, and prepared analyses for, different jurisdictions throughout the Far East (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Australia, and Singapore), the Americas (US, Canada, and Mexico) and Europe (France, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy).

    Damin has over 10 years of professional experience in tax and transfer pricing across Germany and China. He joined EY Germany (based in Hanover/Hamburg) in September 2012 as a Consultant and was promoted to Manager (Gesamtprokura) in October 2016. After relocating to EY China, Damin continued his career, bringing valuable international experience. During his time at EY Germany, in addition to his client-serving role, he was also responsible for coordination and client relationship management for China-headquartered multinational enterprises operating in German-speaking countries.
